Workshop description:
Funders are increasingly holding nonprofits accountable for demonstrating continuous improvement in their organization. The successful implementation of a LEAN Six Sigma (LSS) strategy can provide a proven structure to lead continuous improvement effectively.

What better way to learn about this approach than to jump in to use the tools and watch the results emerge?  The FastPitch Workshop is a one-day interactive introduction to Lean Six Sigma providing a “proof-of-concept” for continuous improvement.

Tools & Concepts Covered: The day revolves around layering rounds of running FastPitch operations with education about the Lean Six Sigma tools and then hands-on application of those tools in order to meet the customer expectations.

BONUS:  Participants will also receive a complimentary ($199 value) online Yellow Belt Training & Certification license.  Once participants complete the separate online course, they will be certified as Yellow Belts.  Yellow Belt certification is a prerequisite for application to the C4NPR LSS Green Belt certificate program.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  Due to the hands-on, interactive nature of the activities this workshop is:
1.  Limited to 30 participants
2.  Slightly longer than our typical day long workshops- at no additional cost
3.  Slightly shorter lunch break with light lunch provided- at no additional cost (this is the only workshop with lunch provided)
