IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:         Manager of Community Affairs

WORK HOURS/SCHEDULE:    (PART-TIME/TEMP)             FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt


                                               JOB DESCRIPTION AND WORKER CHARACTERISTICS                                

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:1) Associates Degree in related field preferred or 2 years of successful job related experience. 2) Effective Communication Skills 3) Minimum of 1 year experience in an Administrative Office setting 4) Ability to work flexible hours; Ability to push, pull, bend, sit, stand and stoop for extended periods of time. 5.) Ability to work independently. 6) Effective Organizational Skills 7) Knowledge of a Non-Profit Foundation




  1. Assist with organizing and planning fundraising events as directed.
  2. Works with donors and sponsors in getting donations and contributions.
  3. Maintains communication with Manager of Community Affairs regarding donations and sponsors.
  4. Assist with various clerical functions as assigned.
  5. Exemplifies Corporation philosophy and follow established policies and procedures.
  6. Communicates professionally with donors and sponsors, by documenting all telephone calls, and maintaining follow-up.
  7. Ensure donations are picked up from donors as scheduled.
  8. Assist in promoting and marketing fundraising events as directed.
  9. Attend all fundraising events and provide coordination support to the Manager of Community Affairs.
