Responsibilities for our Direct Service Professionals include assisting clients with social activities, assisting with dressing, toileting, bathing, assuring individuals are well groomed, implementing and monitoring the individual's program plan, documenting services provided, and performing bed checks as necessary. Employees must also be comfortable driving up to a 15 passenger company vehicle.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Occasional weekends off

Hours and Pay:

1st Shift:

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. M-F

7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday / Sunday

$10.07 - $11.08 per hour

2nd Shift:

3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

$10.07 - $11.08 per hour

3rd Shift:

10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

$10.07 - $11.08 per hour

Candidates for third shift must have prior experience working third shift.

$1.00 per hour shift differential for anyone working 3rd shift hours from 10 pm to 6 am.

Schedules for all shifts will be discussed in more detail during the interview with the manager.



  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One year of direct care experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass Adult CPR/First Aid/AED training.
  • Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
  • DSPATHS (Direct Support Professional Advancement through Training and Education in Human Services) Certificate a plus but not required
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check
