Job Description:

Owens Community College is seeking a Manager of Alumni Relations and Development.  This position is responsible for alumni engagement and fund development initiatives. The Manager will direct activities of the Alumni Association board and develop a comprehensive alumni relations program designed to cultivate alumni and strengthen engagement. The Manager will be responsible for implementing and growing the College’s annual giving program through fundraising events and initiatives.

 Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration, fund development, marketing, communications, sales or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in fund development, alumni relations or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience utilizing social media and online networking platforms to achieve engagement and fundraising goals.
  • 3+ years of experience in an educational or non-profit setting preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience using Raiser’s Edge software or comparable CRM system preferred.
