Job Summary:

The Assistant to the President & CEO will support the President & CEO to lead the Pathways Community HUB Institute (PCHI) to assist communities in their efforts to address health disparities by implementing the Pathways Community HUB Model. The Assistant to the President & CEO will manage and support PCHI technical assistance and operations, and other projects as determined under the direction of the President & CEO or Founder. The Assistant will assist in grant and contract proposal development and submission and carry out operational duties such as setting up meetings, coordinating calendars, taking minutes for PCHI Board, advisory groups, and technical assistance engagements. The Assistant will manage technology services, processing check requests, invoices, timesheets and will work closely with the accounting service and other PCHI team members and assume other duties as assigned within the time allotted. About PCHI:

PCHI is a national nonprofit organization founded in 2015 in Ohio to further whole person care coordination to address health disparities through the Pathways Community HUB Model. PCHI was launched to assure fidelity to the model through implementation of the national Pathways Community HUB Certification Program developed with support from the Kresge Foundation. PCHI has set the PCH standards and is the certifying body for PCHs, PCH technology, and PCH care coordination agencies. An advocate for community health workers (CHW) and community empowerment, PCHI provides CHW training and technical assistance to assist communities implement the PCH model. PCHI promotes a research agenda to further risk mitigation and model refinement.
