Position Description:

  • 40% Volunteer Management: lead Galaxy Digital regional campaign, act as staff lead for Wood/Lucas County Master Gardener Volunteer Program, support 4-H/Youth Development volunteerism, participate in NWO Directors of Volunteers in Agencies Executive Committee
  • 30% Program Development: Connect with and increase communication with local non-profits as it relates to volunteerism, volunteer management and retention, and reporting and impact. Interview potential Extension Volunteers as part of the selection process. Update existing and create new volunteer descriptions for the area. Assist with the current committee structure and empower volunteers to be involved at all levels.
  • 30% Software Management: increase regional Galaxy Digital adoption through introducing to area NGOs, provide training/technical assistance support, manage Lucas/Wood County OSUE accounts, develop a sustainable communication tool where volunteers can input information (to be reviewed by OSUE personnel) then shared with other volunteers on a reoccurring schedule.

Total Base Pay Range
$15.51 – $19.97 / hour
