Rapid Rehousing Case Manager
A Full-Time Rapid Rehousing Coordinator (RRhC) is needed to work with the Landlords in the community to build a list of Housing placement destinations for single adults. The Rapid Rehousing Coordinator (RRHC) will assists clients with housing maintenance goals.
The RRhC will report to the Shelter and assist clients with their housing search and needs as scheduled. Duties included, but are not limited to, maintain daily operations and processes required in securing suitable housing for clients. Attend meetings, document residents housing activities, maintain the log book and work with other staff to ensure a team approach to treatment and locating appropriate housing.
Education requirements: at least an AA degree is social or related field. A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred. Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance misuse is preferred.
To keep our staff, clients, and community as safe as possible, we installed clear plastic barriers. We also wear and provide masks, gloves, hand soap, hand sanitizer and COVID-19 questionnaires to every individual prior to entrance into the building.
