PAY: $15/hour

 

HOURS: 30-40 per week

 

KEY FOCUS: Vendor Manager engages with Toledo Streets vendors, helps to lift up people experiencing homeslessness and poverty by providing access to no-barriers employment through the street paper program.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all vendors and vendor programming
    • Writing Program
    • Vendor Advertising Program
    • Vendor Intakes/Orientation
    • Vendor Closet
    • Case Manage/Coordinate with Community Case Managers
  • Facilitate paper sales
  • Keep records of all sales and vendor data
  • Coordinate weekly vendor meetings and corresponding meals
  • Collaborate with International Network of Street Papers
  • Contribute consistent publication column
  • Report to Executive Director
  • Miscellaneous marketing/social media

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Human Services or related degree

Familiarity with Office Suite, especially Excel

Familiarity with Toledo area resources and services relevant to people experiencing homelessness and poverty
Customer service experience preferred

 

SCHEDULE:

Open Office Hours:

Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm

Friday 9:30am-12:30pm
